Based near Burton-on-Trent, we generally work across the Midland counties of Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, West Midlands, Northamptonshire, parts of Lincolnshire, Cheshire and South Yorkshire. However, it’s not unusual for us to travel further afield and our consultant works nationwide.

We have been an Approved Contractor to the Arboricultural Association since 1987 and also have TrustMark status. By using an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor to carry out your tree surgery works, you can be sure that our expertise proven.
Experienced and Qualified Staff
Our experienced arborists hold a wide range of industry recognised NPTC chainsaw use, tree climbing and aerial rescue qualifications, together with certificates of competence in areas such as brush cutting, hedge cutting, stump grinding and pesticide application. They have also been trained in carrying out tree work from a mobile elevating work platform or cherry picker, canal barge and hydraulic crane.
Our consultant Tom Morrison has a BSc Honours degree in Forestry and holds associated arboricultural qualifications. He is also a Professional Member of the Arboricultural Association.
All our tree surgery work is covered by public liability insurance up to the value of £5 million and our consultancy is covered by professional indemnity insurance up to the value of £1 million.

Working to British Standards
Wherever appropriate our work complies with relevant British Standards. The majority of the tree surgery work we carry out is undertaken in accordance with BS3998:2010 Tree work – Recommendations and much of our surveying work accords to BS5837:2012 Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction – Recommendations.
